This SPID Rotator, Part Number: BIG-RAS/HR and MD-01 is a high persision (track) rotator system.
Rotator Controller MD-01 (Option MD-02) has many functions which can be configured by the user, a Dual Voltage power supply PS-01 (Option PS-02) is available.
SPID BIG-RAS/HR rotor is a two engine rotor which has installed two position sensors who count 0,1 degree on impulse.
To control the rotor through the MD-01 controller you need 4-core control cable (4*1.5mm2) to control the AZ & EL engines and 8-core to detect the positions sensors.
* BIG-RAS/HR will handle Big systems arry's, dishes.
Note: For smooth Elevation rotation it is recommended to add counterweights to this section to create balance
Heavy duty antenna mounting bracket = Option !
The BIG-RAS/HR rotator can be mount on a pipe of max. 68mm.
Max. diameter pipe for elevation is 51mm
A XXL Heavy Duty mounting bracket is available, to mount for example a 4.5Meter Dish at the rotator.
